Seek Meaning and Purpose:
     Connect with your values and goals
     Align your actions with a sense of purpose
     Engage in activities that bring meaning to your life
     Having a sense of purpose can bring positivity and fulfillment
     Need meaning and purpose in your chosen profession
 
Focus on What You Can Control:
     Direct your energy and attention towards things within your control.
     Accept that you cannot change everything,
     You can control your own thoughts, actions, and reactions.
     By focusing on what you can influence, you can make a positive impact
     in your own life and the lives of those around you.
 
Surround Yourself with Positivity:
     Positive influences and uplifting content
     Surround yourself with supportive and positive individuals who uplift and inspire you
     Engage in meaningful conversations and activities that foster positivity and personal growth
     Seek out inspirational and motivational resources that align with your values and goals.
     Use positive affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs
 
Practice a Positive Mindset and Confidence:
     Seek out positive and supportive relationships. Surround yourself with like-minded people who share similar

     values and goals.
     Engage in positive and constructive conversations, and build a network of like-minded individuals who

     share your values and goals.
 
Limit Exposure to Negativity:
     Be mindful of the sources of negativity in your life
     negative news, social media, toxic relationships, or pessimistic conversations

Set Boundaries and consciously limit your exposure to these influences

     Don’t partake in negative conversations

Challenge Negative Thoughts:
     Become aware of negative thoughts and challenge them with positive and realistic counter-statements.
     Practice reframing negative situations or setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning
     Replace self-criticism with self-compassion and kindness.
 
You Can Choose Your Perspective:

     Remember that you have the power to choose your perspective on situations
     Reframe negative events or challenges as opportunities for
     growth, learning, or finding solutions
     Look for the silver linings
     Focus on the lessons or positive aspects of any given situation.
 
Practice Gratitude:
     Practice being present in the moment
     Cultivate gratitude by regularly acknowledging and appreciating the things you are grateful for, big or small
     Focus on the positives in your life and express gratitude towards others

Engage in Acts of Kindness:
     Contribute to the positivity in the world by engaging in acts of kindness,
     compassion, and service towards others

Practice Self-Care:
     Prioritize activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit

     Spiritual well being
          Prayer or Meditation
          Scripture reading
 
Taking care of yourself physically and emotionally helps maintain a positive mindset.
Living positively in a negative world is a challenge, but it is possible with intentional effort.
It is a conscious choice; an ongoing practice.
 
You can maintain a positive outlook and inspire positivity in others.
Remember, your individual positivity can have a ripple effect and contribute to creating a more positive world.
